• Full-time undergraduate and graduate students of the UIUC, who are between the ages of 18 – 30 at the time of submission. 

• Submissions can be individual or in teams of any size.
  

• Students may enter on their own accord or as part of a class.  
  

• Submissions must be in the form of a fact-sheet that contain details of the design and contextualize the problem.
  • Fact sheets must use English language only.
