All entries will be peer evaluated by other participants. Each shortlisted entry will then be scored on a scale of 0 – 10 for each of the three criteria below for a maximum overall score of 30 points:

• Novelty: An original (new, fresh, innovative) and breakthrough idea or synthesis of existing ideas into a new strategy that creatively addresses one or more of the SDGs. (0 – 10)
• Feasibility: Implementation of the idea relies on existing technology and proven science, and it will show convincing capacity for implementation in the real world. (0 – 10)
• Scalability/Replicability: The idea can scale up and be widely replicated to similar conditions elsewhere. (0 – 10)
